'Communication with parents' was the topic of our nursery staff's training workshop. At the meeting, caregivers shared various techniques for strengthening the bond with parents. Together caregivers were given tools to create communication based on coaching, transparency, and collaboration, which creates an optimal work atmosphere and the ability to promote and nurture the child in shared strengths.
