Arsema is an Asylum Seeker from Eritrea, who has arrived to Israel 9.5 years ago. She is a mother of two, and has been working under the Unitaf Model for two years. Adi is a Social Worker, who started with us this year. Together, they provide the 35 children ages 3 - 6 safe and holistic care.
Through the Unitaf model, Arsema is a business owner of the After School Program, and receives training and support from the social worker (Adi), and a pedagogical guide (Yifat). Together, they oversee the program's activities, ensure safety standards are met, and provide social support for children and families.
